It is Hoverify's own drawing of it, made from the published screen size, corner radius and bezel measurements and rendered as a transparent bitmap. Google publishes its own device artwork, but the license does not allow it to be bundled into other software. The extension draws its own frames instead of bundling a manufacturer's, and this page shares those files.

Yes. The download list on this page has every finish as a WebP, which is the file the extension ships, and as a PNG decoded from it in your browser. The screen area is transparent in both, and there is no screenshot in the file. You can use either one in commercial work without crediting Hoverify. The device frames license has the terms.

Install Hoverify and open the responsive viewer. Add the Pixel 10 Pro Fold and it loads your live page at 444 × 970 inside this frame, with Chrome's bars drawn around it. Scripts on the page read the device's screen size, and the site gets the user agent set for the whole board, iPhone Safari unless you change it. Pick the Android user agent to match this device. With a phone or tablet user agent, your mouse also sends touch events in Chromium browsers.
